Badger

Badger’s 100 Series professional airbrushes offer a variety of styles – gravity feed, slotted gravity feed, and side feed – to satisfy every professional’s needs. Each of these exceptional airbrushes offers precision performance for a soft spray pattern and tight line detail. The 100 Series features correctly proportioned body weight providing perfect balance and comfort for the most exacting professional applications.

The Patriot, Model 105, is a comfortable, reliable, cost-effective, user-friendly gravity feed airbrush, designed for use by experienced, as well as novice airbrush enthusiasts.  Its two angle needle tip precisely mates with the Patriot’s cone shaped nozzle, enabling a single needle/nozzle configuration to spray a variety of materials, while eliminating the need for multiple needle/nozzle variations.  It has a 1/3 ounce permanently mounted color cup with a convenient spill-proof cap.

The Patriot’s body design provides exacting balance and long-term user comfort.
The Patriot is a low maintenance airbrush, easy to clean and simple to operate; it will spray any properly reduced paint or airbrush-ready media.

Developed to deliver precise performance and fine line detail, the Patriot is an ideal airbrush for custom art, graphic arts and illustrative work. The Patriot airbrush will operate at 30 PSI, as well as lower pressure settings (10-15 PSI) and is ergonomically balanced for hours of comfortable airbrushing.

The versatility of the 150® allows for a broad range of applications, making it the “classic” airbrush in the Badger line. The 150® accepts a 3/4 oz. color cup for small volume painting needs, or three larger sized jars can be used for bigger jobs. Used by everyone from artists to taxidermists and auto customizers to furniture refinishers, this airbrush sprays properly reduced acrylics, acrylic enamels and lacquers, gouaches, fabric colors, water colors, inks, dyes, Air-Opaque™, Air-Tex®, MODELflex®, Totally Tattoo® and Totally Tan® airbrush colors. (Available as Fine, Medium and/or Heavy).

The Anthem®, Model 155, is the most comfortable, reliable, proficient, cost effective, user friendly airbrush ever. The two angle needle tip precisely mates with the Anthem’s cone shaped nozzle enabling a single needle/nozzle configuration to spray virtually any desired material, thus eliminating the need for fine, medium, or large needle/nozzle variations. The Anthem’s body design provides exacting balance and long term user comfort. The Anthem® also provides flawless performance in the most rigorous of production airbrushing environments.

The Crescendo®, Model 175, is the airbrush designed by professionals for professional production airbrushing. This durable, versatile airbrush works continuously with precision and efficiency. Spray regulators and tips change easily for greater flexibility on the fly. Snap-off handle allows for quick needle changes and cleaning. T-Shirt artists, fine artists, fabric designers, custom automotive painters, model painters, and taxidermists use the Crescendo®. It sprays properly reduced acrylics, enamels, lacquers, gouaches, fabric colors, inks, dyes, ceramic colors and glazes, watercolors, Air-Opaqueª, Air-Tex®, MODELflex®, Totally Tattoo® and Totally Tanª airbrush colors.

Badger’s 200® Series offers the ease of single action operation while providing the fine spray pattern of internal mix paint atomization for professional results. Depressing the trigger releases a pre-set amount of color which can be regulated by turning a needle adjustment screw at the back of the airbrush handle. Once the desired paint flow is set the airbrush will maintain the preset spray pattern until the user chooses to change it.

Any job requiring a simple, yet effective spray is easily completed by the Model 250 Series. The 250 is basic enough for children, (ages 8 and up) to use with minimal supervision, yet efficient enough for adult use. Hands-on inspection and testing insure Badger’s high quality standards.
The 350® is an external mix airbrush. Air and paint mix outside the airbrush, creating a larger, coarser “dot” pattern and providing a heavier spray volume. The 350® is superb for base coating, stenciling, stipling, touch up projects, etc. An excellent choice for beginning students, hobbyists, ceramists, and automotive painters. This model sprays high viscosity materials such as ceramic glazes and stains, and hobby enamels with ease. It is also effectively used with properly reduced acrylics, inks, dyes, watercolors, acrylic lacquers, enamels, Air-Opaque, Air-Tex®, Spectra-Tex® and MODELflex® airbrush colors. (Available as Fine, Medium and/or Heavy).

The 260® Hobby Abrasive Gun creates an endless variety of effects in glass etching, or cuts monograms in wood or metal. The 260® can also prep wood, plastic, and metal surfaces and curved, hard to reach areas for refinishing. Realistic weathering effects are easily achieved using this gun. The Model 260® will handle 220 grit, or finer abrasive materials.

The Universal® Model 360 is the only airbrush capable of performing in a gravity feed as well as a bottom feed mode. Never before has one airbrush provided so much versatility. It is two airbrushes in one.

The Renegade airbrushes aren’t for everyone – they are for the proven elite artist. This new airbrush series consists of three feature loaded airbrushes – The Velocity, The Spirit, and The Rage.
These airbrushes are for use in extremely detailed and tight graphic applications. These incredibly innovative airbrushes possess the most precise paint tip and linear air flow (needle) angle specifications, and feature manufacturing processes and
materials technology never before utilized by the airbrush industry. The Renegade airbrush series definitely takes airbrushing to the next level.

The 20/20® provides the professional illustrator with an airbrush capable of producing the ultimate in fine line detail. It is more precise, more comfortable, and more reliable than any competitor. When fine line detail or the finest paint atomization for a “soft” spray pattern is required, SOTAR® is the only choice. Finely pigmented properly reduced paints, water colors, inks, dyes, and low viscosity acrylics can be sprayed with the 20/20®. The elongated body maintains an efficient distance between trigger and paint reservoir. The trigger and back lever assemble easily thanks to our innovative “track and winged” design.

Conceptualized in concert with leading artists – In 1992 Thayer & Chandler revolutionized the airbrush industry by engineering a high volume airbrush with a lighter, more comfortable, streamlined design and an innovative, anti-clogging, cut-away handle feature.

Engineered for easy maintenance, all Vegaª parts are quickly changeable for little down time. Self-centering, self-sealing fluid tips come in 3 sizes to handle any airbrush application. The rocker lever is attached to the needle tube for easy disassembly, and eliminating loose or shifting parts falling out of the airbrush. A larger contoured one-piece trigger slips easily into place, no more fumbling with two-piece triggers. Each Vegaª airbrush is tested in actual use, assuring you the best in performance.

The Omniª series was designed for tight detail to broad spraying using a “One Tip-One Needle” combination. When trying for that one last detail, just the right blend or a great smooth finish -Omniª detail guns are ideal. Omniª airbrushes work equally well at low or high pressures for varying applications. Besides performing well with finely ground colors, Omniª airbrushes can handle heavier automotive paint with no need to change tips/needles. Designed with state-of-the-art engineering, Omniª airbrushes are manufactured to the tightest possible tolerances. Omniª airbrushes feature heavy nickel chrome plating, superior balance, solvent resistant o-rings and numerous other performance enhancements. Omniª airbrushes are known worldwide as the performance and price preference to other similarly designed airbrushe
